Welloft Terms & Conditions:
1. This promotional offer is valid from now until September 30, 2025.
2. Customers who spend HK$2,500 or more (NOT including Vaccination) at Welloft are eligible to receive a complimentary HK$100 Uber ride voucher.
3. After purchasing a health check package, the Uber ride voucher will be sent to your email address.
4. The voucher is only valid for Uber rides that start and end between September 30, 2025 and December 31, 2025.
5. In case of any disputes, Welloft reserves the right of final decision.
Uber Voucher Terms & Conditions:
1. This voucher is provided to you by Welloft as a gift.
2. This voucher is not for sale, and is not redeemable for cash, non-exchangeableand non-transferable. The voucher may be modified or cancelledby Welloftat any time without prior notification.
3. You must have a valid Uber app account in order to use this voucher.
4. This voucher has a validity period and can only be used between September 30, 2025 and December 31, 2025. Any unused voucher shall be null and void upon expiry of the validity period.Expired vouchers will not be reissued.
5. This voucher is valid when both the start location and the destination of the trip is in Hong Kong.
6. Redemption of this voucher shall entitle the Uber App user to one (1) HK$100 off per trip discount. The maximum amount to be applied for each eligible trip is capped at HK$100. Any excess amount charged for the trip shall be paid by the Uber app user. Any unused portion of a voucher will be forfeited.
7. This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer(s).
8. Once redeemed by the Uber app user, the voucher cannot be modified or cancelled.
9. The relevant information in relation to this voucher is provided by Welloft and Uber.
10. Please report any questions related to trips to Uber via the Uber app.
11. Please direct any questions about voucher redemption or usage to Welloft.
12. In case of any inconsistencies between the Chinese and English versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
