SC Day Procedure Center - Wart Removal Treatment
Eligible Individuals : Individuals with warts Including : Pre-treatment consultation with a doctor Pricing based on per area (full face / full neck full body) Unlimited number of spots Treatment Procedure : Basic pre-treatment checks (e.g., height, weight, blood pressure) and completion of medical questionnaire Explanation of potential risks and signing of consent form Doctor consultation to confirm suitability Application of anesthetic cream (approximately 30 minutes) Wart removal using CO2 laser, electrocautery or cryotherapy, depending on skin condition Post-treatment care and wound ointment Each treatment session lasts about 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on the size of the area affected by the patient’s warts Post-Treatment Instructions : Apply prescribed ointment until fully healed Avoid swimming and vigorous exercise until scabbing forms Cleanse with water only; avoid irritating skincare products Precautions Before Wart Removal : If the treated area has undergone other laser or phototherapy treatments within the past month, phototherapy is not recommended. If the treated area has undergone other irritant treatments (such as microneedling or glycolic acid peels) within the past month, phototherapy is not recommended. HIFU treatment is not recommended within two weeks before or after the procedure. If you are currently taking photosensitizing medications — such as antibiotics, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, retinoids, or targeted therapy medications — please discontinue these as advised by your doctor before phototherapy. Pregnant wome-L Although lasers and IPL typically affect only the skin and do not impact the fetus, hormonal changes during pregnancy may increase the risk of post-treatment pigmentation.

SC Day Procedure Center - Gastroscopy Package
Suitable for: Adults aged18+ Family history of gastric cancer, esophageal cancer or gastric polyps Stomachache or persistent burping Acid reflux, heartburn, or difficulty in swallowing Persistent nausea, vomiting, or poor appetite Individuals aged 60 or above, with chronic illness or with BMI over 32 require doctor assessment for eligibility Includes: Pre- and post-procedural doctor consultations Monitored anesthetic care by registered anesthesiologist Two specimen bottles for histology Rapid Helicobacter pylori test (Medication cost is not included if treatment for Helicobacter pylori is required) High-definition endoscopy technology *If the client is deemed not suitable for the procedure after doctor assessment, HKD$1,500 would be deducted from the payment to cover doctor consultation and service fees. The remaining amount would be refunded Booking & Assessment Process: After booking, SC Day Procedure Center will send the online consultation form via WhatsApp within within 1 working day. Please make sure all the information provided is true and correct, otherwise we may not be able to process the booking. Seven days before the procedure, clients have to visit our clinic for a pre-procedural doctor consultation Final eligibility is to be determined during doctor consultation Refund & Change Policy: Once the plan has been confirmed after pre-procedural doctor consultation, any unused services or items based on personal reason are non-refundable, nonexchangeable, and cannot be converted to other services In case of any dispute, Welloft and SC Day Procedure Center reserve the right of final decision Additional Charges: The final cost of the procedure will be determined after endoscopy is completed. More than two specimen bottles are identified (approximately 1–4 polyps), an additional laboratory fee of HK$1,000–$2,400 will generally apply. Should the attending doctor determine that the number of polyps is higher than anticipated, the laboratory fee will be subject to a separate quotation Additional treatment, biopsy, or pathology testing based on medical necessity are excluded from the plan Special Circumstances: Plan exclude: Large complicated polyp, additional medication and materials, Emergency Services beyond the routine procedure, additional photos/ images, oral medications after examination Pre-Procedure Instructions: SC Day Procedure Center medical staff would provide specific instruction based on each patient’s condition Procedure Flow: Basic health assessment (height, weight, blood pressure) and review of medical history Explanation of procedural risk and signing of consent Change to designated attire for examination. Final confirmation of eligibility by the endoscopist (usually a gastroenterologist or a surgeon) Monitored anesthetic care by registered anesthesiologist Procedure duration: approximately 15-30 minutes The whole process, including recovery in the designated area, is expected to take approximately 1-2 hours, depending on the recovery progress Post-Procedure Instructions: Normal diet can be resumed but start with light diet first Patient who underwent anesthesia need to be accompanied by an adult when leaving the centre Patient is required to stay for observation until he / she is clinically stable. If patient insists to leave against our medical advice, a document has to be signed which indicates he / she understands the possible harmful consequences and he / she has to bear his / her own risk

Suitable for: Adults aged 18+ or above Family history of colorectal cancer, or polyps Presence of blood or mucus in stool Chronic constipation or diarrhea, or change in bowel habits Persistent abdominal discomfort or unexplained abdominal pain Unexplained weight loss Individuals aged 60 or above, with chronic illness or with BMI over 32 require doctor assessment for eligibility Includes: Pre- and post-procedural doctor consultations Monitored anesthetic care by registered anesthesiologist Two specimen bottles for histology AI-assisted Colonoscopy to enhance polyp detection *If the client is deemed not suitable for the procedure after doctor assessment, HKD $1,500 would be deducted from the payment to cover doctor consultation and service fees.
