Terms and Conditions – Gleneagles Hospital Hong Kong Health Screening Package The confirmation email will be sent to your e-mail address immediately after successful payment. Clients may make a reservation the next working day. (Hotline: 3153 9000) Age Health check up plan is available to people aged 18 or above. The vaccine plan is depends on the available ages for different vaccines. Validity The vaccination package is valid for 3 months (from the date of purchase) or it will be invalid after the expiry date. Checkup Report Under normal circumstances, all medical reports will be ready around 14-21 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holiday). A delay in processing some requests due to the following reasons: 1. indicate the specific selective 2. Some items take more time for test. Clients may collect the report in person/through an authorised person at our clinic, or choose to receive the report via encrypted email.
