Terms and Conditions – Gleneagles Healthcare Wong Chuk Hang Health Screening Package The confirmation email will be sent to your e-mail address immediately after successful payment. Clients may make a reservation the next working day. (Hotline: 3903 8688) Age Health check up plan is available to people aged 18 or above. The vaccine plan is depends on the available ages for different vaccines. Validity The vaccination package is valid for 3 months (from the date of purchase) or it will be invalid after the expiry date. Checkup Report Under normal circumstances, all medical reports will be ready around 7-10 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holiday).
