Terms and Conditions – Gleneagles Medical Clinic Central Health Screening Package The confirmation email will be sent to your e-mail address immediately after successful payment. Clients may make a reservation the next working day. (Hotline: 2810 9188) Age Health check up plan is available to people aged 18 or above. The vaccine plan is depends on the available ages for different vaccines.   Validity The vaccination package is valid for 3 months (from the date of purchase) or it will be invalid after the expiry date.   Checkup Report Under normal circumstances, all medical reports will be ready around 14-21 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holiday). A delay in processing some requests due to the following reasons: 1. indicate the specific selective 2. Some items take more time for test. Clients may collect the report in person/through an authorised person at our clinic, or choose to receive the report via encrypted email.   Report Explanation The report will be explained by a doctor on the day of report collection. Follow-up consultation, treatment or medication shall not be provided for the health assessment. All the plans cannot be exchangeable for cash or other product. The offer is non-transferrable and non-refundable. All tests are not for the purpose of medical diagnosis or treatment.
