Client can also query your transaction in the next working day. (General Enquiry Hotline: 2682 2313) AgeFor customers aged 18 or above ValidityThe health check package is valid for six months (from the date of purchase) or it will be forfeited. Report Under normal circumstances, all medical reports will be ready around 7-10 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holiday). A delay in processing some requests due to the following reasons: 1. indicate the specific selective 2. Some items take more turnaround time for test. A. Local Clients(1) Face to face report explanation & self-pick up: in person or an authorized family member of friend(2) Call report & self-pickup: in person or an authorized family member of friend(3) Call report & post by ordinary mail. DEXA bone density test is suitable for people over 40 years old (except for special needs)8.
