Purchase Information & Terms of Service:- The voucher is valid for 60 days from the payment confirmation date, expiring at 21:00 on the last day. - Advance booking of at least 24 hours via phone (3555 1800) is required for THE SPA by HARNN (Operating hours: Mon, Wed to Sun 12:00 – 21:00, subject to availability). Please present your order confirmation upon arrival. - Any amendment or cancellation must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time, otherwise the treatment will be non-refundable. - If you are late for less than 30 minutes, the treatment time will be reduced accordingly and the full cost of the scheduled treatment will be deducted.- If you arrive late by less than 30 minutes, your treatment time will be reduced accordingly and no refund will be provided. - If you are absent or late by 30 minutes or more, your booking will be deemed cancelled and no refund will be provided. - For your safety, we do not recommend the following guests to participate in our treatments: pregnant women, children aged 0–15 years, individuals with high blood pressure, epilepsy or other medical conditions, and guests aged 65 or above. - If you suffer from high blood pressure, allergies, pain, disabilities, pregnancy, or any other health issues, please notify THE SPA BY HARNN staff when making your reservation.
